Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We design our jewellery in the UK and then it is manufactured overseas using a base metal alloy that’s free from nickel, lead, and cadmium. This metal not only ensures excellent craftsmanship but also prevents tarnishing when treated with care. We prioritise manual craftsmanship in creating our jewellery, as machines simply can’t replicate the artistry and attention to detail that goes into each piece or apply the tiny decorative embellishments required.

While we do have some heavier weight winter scarves, our focus primarily centres on 100g scarves, which are versatile year-round and can even double as sarongs and wraps, especially true for our sparkle and sequin scarves.

Whether you prefer the online convenience of our registration form or a friendly conversation over the phone, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Please note that if you use the online registration, we have to manually approve your application to ensure there is no clash with an existing customer, so you won’t be able to access trade prices immediately. We will call or email to let you know the login is active.
Ordering with Miss Milly: Streamlined and Customer-Focused
Ordering with Miss Milly is hassle-free and customer-oriented. We have a minimum order requirement of £100 before VAT. Shipping to mainland UK is £8, and for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, it’s £15. However, for orders exceeding £300 before VAT, delivery is on us!
For our trade customers outside the UK, please refer to our website’s Trade section for detailed delivery charges to the Republic of Ireland, Europe, and the rest of the world. We understand that you might have unique needs, so we don’t impose minimum order quantity requirements. Feel free to purchase individual products, but we recommend ordering in multiples of at least two to more easily gauge the popularity of items with your customers.
Packaging: A Sustainable Approach
Miss Milly is committed to sustainability and believes in responsible packaging. We don’t supply our jewellery packaged as many of our customers already have their own branded boxes or bags, and we don’t want to encourage waste. Instead, we offer, at cost, three styles of packaging from great value pillow packs to pretty gift bags with a ribbon fastening or gift boxes. They all come in our signature purple with a silver foiled logo. Most of our packaging is made from FSC certified paper, ensuring that it’s environmentally friendly and fully recyclable.
Earrings come pre-mounted on cards with a hanging ribbon for a polished presentation. While some designs pre-date this feature, the majority of our magnetic brooches come mounted on a gift card. To facilitate smooth inventory management, all our products are barcoded, although some remaining stock from earlier seasons may not be.
Miss Milly’s Commitment to Sustainability
Miss Milly is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices within our industry. While importing from China poses unique challenges, we’ve taken measures to reduce our environmental impact. This includes consolidating suppliers and decreasing our product range. We also prioritise sea shipping over air when possible to minimise our carbon footprint. In terms of UK distribution, we work with DPD and Royal Mail, the top two logistics providers with regards to CO2 output.
